Hot galvanized steel Phase II of Baoshan Steel Company is produced in 2030 unit through continuous galvanization for continuously cold rolling or hot rolling steel. The products are applied for general purpose or structure. Supply scope of galvanized steel phase II: thickness (0.3-0.3) width (800-1830), length (1000-6000 for plate, ID 610 for coil), the plate is measured in mm. According to surface structure, Phase II galvanized steels are categorized into: Z –regular zinc spangle, N-extra smooth, X-minimized zinc spangle and G-skin pass zinc spangle.
According to finishing process, the hot galvanized steel Phase II can be categorized into: L-chrome passivating, Y-oiling, LY-chrome passivating plus oiling, this process is made mainly to minimize or prevent white rust generated during transportation and storage.

　　Hog galvanized steel Phase III is produced in 1550 unit, the product is primarily used for high quality automotive plate, domestic appliance and architectural plate.The steel type includes full hard, commercial used steel, drawing, structural steel, high strength low alloy steel and back harding steel. The plating coat is leadless extra smooth galvanized, alloy plate processed through skin pass. The surface meets quality requirement for automotive exterior plate and internal plate.
